Troubleshooting EMC Package Installation
For successful
download and install of EMC Package, make sure FTP client is running
on Lasso management station and
ftp.dell.com is
reachable (check the FTP service on the same it should be available
and running) or check respective server FTP service status for which
the URL is defined in
LassConfig.xml.
How to check target FTP server is available and running?

Using the browser, enter the ftp://ftp.dell.com/serviceability url.

Check for LassoCatalog.cab file.
If the file is not available, retry downloading the catalog file from lasso.
