Deploy Dell PowerFlex v3.6.x

Install the license

After activating the entitlements, install the license in the system.

Locate the email containing the license key.
Click the link in the email and download the license file to the primary MDM server.
Install the license:
```
scli --set_license --license_file <license_file>
```
where <license_file> is the full path to the license file.

For example:
```
scli --set_license --license_file /tmp/0239SH4SS89023T6.lic
```
The PowerFlex license is now installed in the MDM cluster.
