The
Network connections and services page displays the connectivity status of the Global access and Enterprise servers and the heartbeat status of the secure connect gateway virtual appliance through port 443. The possible statuses are
Connected and
Disconnected. By default,
secure connect gateway verifies the heartbeat status every 24 hours.
NOTE:The heartbeat connection indicates the connectivity status between the secure connect gateway virtual appliance and the Dell backend.
To go to the page, click
Connectivity in the header and then click
Network connections and services. You can click
Test connection to verify connectivity to the Global access servers, Enterprise servers, and the Dell backend.
The
Service status section lists the names, running status, and description of the services running in the backend. If the
Stopped status is displayed for a service, see the
Secure Connect Gateway Virtual Edition Troubleshooting Guide available
on the
Secure Connect Gateway - Virtual Edition documentation page to resolve the issue.
