spanning-tree rapid-pvst default behavior

Allows Rapid PVST+ switching between the current OS10 behavior and behavior expected by vendors other than OS9 or OS10.

Usage Information
The command is used to enable/disable transmission of RSTP BPDUs in VLAN 1, when the port is an untagged member other than VLAN 1.By default, OS10 sends RSTP BPDU for the untagged VLAN. The no version of this command handles the RSTP BPDU for VLAN 1 if the port is a member of VLAN 1. This command should be used on the ports that are connected to vendors other than OS9/OS10.
Example
OS10(config)# interface ethernet 1/1/1
OS10(conf-if-eth1/1/1)# spanning-tree rapid-pvst default-behavior   RSTP BPDU is handled for access VLAN
OS10(conf-if-eth1/1/1)# no spanning-tree rapid-pvst default-behavior     RSTP BPDU is handled for VLAN 1
