Steps
- On the server on which SupportAssist is installed, browse to the C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssist\scripts folder.
- Copy the script file ( LinuxSNMPConfig.sh) located in the folder and paste the file at a desired location (for example, \root) on the device.
- Open the terminal window and log in as a user with root privileges.
- Run the script file on the device using the following syntax: sh LinuxSNMPConfig.sh -d <IP address of the server on which SupportAssist is installed> . For example, sh LinuxSNMPConfig.sh -d 10.10.10.10.
