Configuring an autochanger or silo
You can configure a new library resource.
- Log in to the NMC GUI as an administrator of the NetWorker server.
- On the taskbar, click the
Enterprise icon
.
- In the navigation tree, highlight a host:
- Right-click NetWorker.
- Select Launch Application. The NetWorker Administration window appears.
- On the taskbar, click the
Devices button
.
- From the left pane, select Storage Nodes.
- Right-click the storage node for the device and select Configure All Libraries.
- On the Provide General Configuration Information window, leave SCSI/NDMP selected and click Next.
- On the
Select Target Storage Nodes window, perform either of the following steps:
- Select the storage node for the library.
- Click Create a new Storage Node.
- Click Start Configuration.
- Click Finish.
