Setting device environment variables on Windows
Setting environment variables for the NetWorker software differs on Windows and UNIX operating systems.
Environment variables on Microsoft Windows are set using the Control Panel System applet on the NetWorker server.
- Browse to
- In the General tab click Environment Variables...
- Click New.
- Specify the environment variable name and value.
- Stop and start the NetWorker Backup and Recover Server service in order for the environment variables to take effect.
