vProxy Log Bundle collection using NMC
To collect log bundle information for a particular vProxy, perform the following steps in NMC:
- From NMC's NetWorker Administration, open the Devices window.
- From the left pane, select VMware Proxies to display the configured vProxies.
- Right-click the vProxy that you want to collect log bundle information from, and then from the menu, click Log Bundle.
- (Optional) Collect the recycled logs from the pop-up window selection.
NOTE:
- Since the temporary log bundle download occurs on the NetWorker server, ensure that there is sufficient space on the drive where the Networker server is installed.
- NMC cannot collect the log bundle when accessed from a remote machine that cannot communicate with vProxy.
