Delaying tape device cleaning
Occasionally it is necessary to set the Cleaning Delay attribute in order to allow a tape device to sleep before attempting to unload a cleaning cartridge.
- In the server’s NetWorker Administration interface, click Devices.
- Select .
- Open the Libraries folder in the navigation tree.
- Right-click the appropriate library in the detail table, and select Properties. The Properties window appears.
- Select the Timers tab.
- Select a value in seconds for the Cleaning Delay attribute.
