Performing Post-P2V tasks
The following section provides information about additional tasks that are required after a P2V recovery.
- If you are running VMware, install VMware tools.

To remove disabled NIC devices, use
Device Manager:
- From Device Manager, select the Show Hidden Devices option.
- Select the hidden NIC device.
- Select Uninstall.
This step is required because the original network adapter is no longer available.
