Change the NDMP Client Port

By default, the NDMP server monitors port 10000 for incoming connections. You can change the client port to match the port used by the DMA.

Steps

  1. In the Storage view, select a FluidFS cluster.
  2. Click the File System tab.
  3. In the File System view, click Cluster Connectivity.
  4. Click the Backup tab.
  5. In the NDMP pane, click Edit Settings.
The Edit NDMP Settings dialog box opens.
  6. In the NDMP Port field, type a new client port.
  7. Click OK.
