Modify Management Interface Settings for a Controller
The IP address, net mask, and gateway can be modified for the controller management interface.
Steps
- If the Dell Storage Manager Client is connected to a Data Collector, select a Storage Center from the Storage view.
- Click the Hardware tab.
- In the Hardware tab navigation pane, select the controller.
- In the right pane, click Edit Settings. The Edit Settings dialog box appears.
- Modify the management interface settings.
- In the IP Address field, type a new IP address for the controller management interface.
- In the IP Net Mask field, type a network mask for the controller management interface.
- In the IP Gateway field, type the default route for the network.
- Click OK.
