Update Firmware Using FTP
Use this procedure to update controllers to the latest version of FluidFS:
Steps
- Open Windows File Explorer.
- In the address bar, type ftp://Administrator@FLUIDFS-VIP:44421/servicepack and hit Enter.
- Log in as Administrator, and enter the Administrator password.
- Drag and drop the FluidFS ISO into the servicepack folder.
- Wait about two minutes, then open the DSM client and navigate to the .
- Right-click on the version that was just uploaded, and select Upgrade.
- Follow the prompts.
