Option 1 – Restore Files Using UNIX, Linux, or Windows
This restore option allows clients to restore a file from a snapshot using copy and paste.
Steps
- Access the NFS export or SMB share.
- Access the .snapshots directory.
- Find the snapshot according to its time of creation.
- Copy the file to its original location.
