Support Account
The support account is used by technical support when accessing the FluidFS system. The support account and password are managed by the system administrator.
CAUTION:Operations performed as the support user are for advanced remote
troubleshooting to resolve critical system issues only. Misuse of
this account can damage the FluidFS cluster and its data.
NOTE:For strict security,
enable the support account just before a remote troubleshooting session
and disable it immediately after the troubleshooting session.
