ipv6 pim bsr-candidate

Configure the router as a bootstrap (BSR) candidate.

Syntax

ipv6 pim bsr-candidate interface [ hash-mask-length] [ priority]

To disable the bootstrap candidate, use the no ipv6 pim bsr-candidate command.

Parameters

interface	Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information: For a Loopback interface, enter the keyword `loopback` then a number from 0 to 16383. For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords `port-channel` then a number. For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword `TenGigabitEthernet` then the slot/port information. For a VLAN, enter the keyword `vlan` then a number from 1 to 4094.
hash-mask-length	(OPTIONAL) Enter the hash mask length for RP selection. The range is from 0 to 128. The default is 126.
priority	(OPTIONAL) Enter the priority value for Bootstrap election process. The range is from 0 to 255. The default is 0.
