Configuring email notifications

By default, Dell EMC SupportAssist Enterprise is configured to send an email notification when a support case is created automatically. SupportAssist Enterprise can also send email notifications about maintenance mode, device status, and network connectivity status, if the SMTP server (email server) settings are configured. You can configure the email notification settings based on your preference. For example, you can:
