Installing SupportAssist Enterprise
About this task
NOTE: For SupportAssist
Enterprise installation on Linux operating systems only: When SupportAssist Enterprise
is installed on a server running a Linux operating system, SupportAssist Enterprise
can monitor the local system, remote servers running a supported Linux operating system, and other device types. Monitoring remote servers running any other
operating system is only possible if you add the iDRAC of the server in SupportAssist Enterprise. For information on adding the iDRAC of a server, see Adding an iDRAC.
