Migrating to SupportAssist Enterprise
If you are already using Dell SupportAssist for Servers, you can migrate to SupportAssist Enterprise. When you migrate to SupportAssist Enterprise, the devices, cases, collections, user groups, and settings are migrated. Before you migrate, download the SupportAssist Enterprise Windows or Linux installer package depending on the operating system installed on the server. The following sections provide the information required to migrate from SupportAssist for Servers to SupportAssist Enterprise.
NOTE: If auto update is enabled in SupportAssist for Servers version 1.2 or 1.3, you may be automatically migrated to SupportAssist Enterprise. For instructions to access SupportAssist Enterprise after the migration is complete, see Opening
the SupportAssist Enterprise user interface.
