Enabling or disabling automatic updates
Enabling automatic updates ensures that SupportAssist Enterprise is automatically updated whenever updates are available.

Settings and click
Preferences.
The Preferences page is displayed.
- In Automatically update the following features in SupportAssist Enterprise, select or clear the options that you want to enable or disable.
- Click Apply.
