Import Multiple Devices
The Import Multiple Devices page enables you to add multiple devices by using a .csv file.
The following are the items that are displayed on the Import Multiple Devices page:
- Browse — To select a .csv file that contains details of the devices that you want to import.
- Download the .csv template — To download a .csv template that you can use to import multiple devices.
- Enable monitoring — To allow SupportAssist Enterprise to monitor the devices for hardware issues. Additional configuration or installation may be required to allow SupportAssist Enterprise to monitor hardware issue that may occur on the devices.
NOTE: Monitoring of hardware issues is supported only for Dell server and Dell networking devices.
